Hi, my name is Sam Lo. I was born in Malaysia, a very diverse country. As a young child, I tried numerous types of food from different cultures. it is a good fusion from Malays, Chinese and Indians cuisine.
As I grew up, I got my first full time Job as a travelling salesman in Asia. If I travelled with my boss, my local partners would treat us to an exquisite dinner. If I was on my own, I would ay street food with my friends. Some food was exotic, white other food looked too pretty to eat. After many times experiencing Asian cuisine, I realized it was my dream to introduce food that most people enjoy.
After each meal I had, I wrote down my favorite foods from each restaurant I went to. I gathered allot my favorites and spent many hours perfecting recipes. With these amazing recipes I created my own restaurant called Asian Bistro. At my restaurant, you will have the chance to try delicious and authentic types of food from all over the continent of Asia. I hope you enjoy, I sure have, judging by the extra forty pounds I've put on.
